About Outlook Group:

Outlook Group (OG) is a customer-focused provider of custom packaging solutions, manufacturing a diverse range of products including labels, flexible packaging, and paperboard folding cartons for multiple industry verticals. With nearly 50 years of innovation and performance in the packaging industry, OG operates from two manufacturing facilities in Neenah, Wisconsin, and is recognized for quality, reliability, and partnership.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a mechanically skilled, detail-oriented press professional with a deep understanding of HP Indigo digital print production. This individual is comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment and takes ownership of both output quality and equipment performance. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with the press to ensure minimal disruption to production; interface directly with HP Indigo support to resolve issues outside of the employee’s level of expertise.

  • Monitor and manage ink, substrates, and other consumables to ensure adequate supply for production needs.

  • Coordinate with prepress, production, and quality assurance teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations; direct interactions with pre-production and finishing will be necessary based on daily volume and individual job urgency.

  • Follow all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with Outlook Group’s 5S standards.

  • Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding job status, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
