Provide or facilitate HPS skills-based learning provision for all employees where required and appropriate
Partner with B2B Sales Services Leadership teams to assess and identify HPS client health risk drivers
Partner with B2B Sales Services Leadership teams to develop and maintain strategic HPS roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion
Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness based on the HPS outcome
Continually assess HPS operational risks and leverage the operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective action plans globally
Offer HPS administrative support by providing the necessary reports from the HPS tool including Compliance and Certification results
Build a culture of globally consistent HPS best practices through continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery
Ensure all new delegates receive full induction training to achieve excellent HPS skills and knowledge at a level proficient for their role
Ensure all new delegates into leadership roles receive induction training to achieve excellent HPS skills and knowledge at a level proficient for their role
Ensure all employees receive continuous appropriate development to maintain competent skills and knowledge at a level technically proficient in their role
Ensure all employees in leadership roles receive continuous appropriate development to maintain competent skills and knowledge at a level technically proficient in their role
Ensure a support program is in place post induction training to meet ongoing developmental needs
Utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended learning environment
