We are hiring an HR Admin for a first position in the Human Resources field.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading HR team, in a role that combines responsibility, service, and interaction with various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding New Employees – Coordinate schedules for the first day, set up access in systems, collaborate with IT and welfare teams, welcome employees, and present an introductory presentation.
  • Offboarding Support – Including preparing forms, an offboarding checklist, closing access, and checking equipment.
  • Payroll and Attendance Management – Monitor attendance reports, assist with forms, and perform ongoing updates in the systems.
  • Administrative Support to the HR Team – Writing letters for employees, approvals, updating employee records.
  • Procurement and Daily Management – Ordering gifts, coordinating refreshments, assisting in organizing welfare events.
  • Provide Professional and Service-Oriented Support – Offer ongoing assistance to employees and managers on daily HR matters.

Education in Human Resources or related field.

Full proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel, and MONDAY.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Previous administrative experience.

High service orientation, discretion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.
