Job Description- You will work with the Employee Relations team to go through all employee records, build out new files for HR documents and complete the following phases.
Phase 1 - filing, organizing all personnel information and records
Phase 2 - categorizing - putting files in different orders, grouping based on names, going through documents and then creating the file
Phase 3 - data entry - going in and keying in the personnel information (name, emp id, location, type of documents), as well as scan documents into the digital system
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to lift 25 pounds (file boxes are heavy sometimes)!
1-3 years of administrative experience
Strong organization and attention to detail
Attendance and timeliness are super important
