Job Description - HR Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an HR administrative assistant to help one of our largest healthcare clients in the southeast with their onboarding department. This position will be a 3 month contract with possible extensions and potential for permanent conversion if an open position is available at the time of contract end. This position will sit on site, 5 days per week in West Ashley, Charleston, SC.

Daily responsibilities will include collecting I9 Documents from new hires, greeting new hires, and inputting their information into their onboarding portal. They will also be working in the Epic EMR system to help schedule new employee health services appointments. Lastly they will be uploading credentialing documents for new hires (nursing licenses, certifications, etc.) into their shared drive and compiling that information at the end of each week before the beginning of new employee orientation.

Qualified candidates will have a strong background in customer service and a very friendly demeanor. A strong attention to detail is required for this role as you will be dealing with sensitive information, and transferring information into the computer system. Lastly, a basic working knowledge of computer systems is required, including comfortability with basic computer tasks. Healthcare experience is not required but is preferred. Epic experience is not required but is preferred. Workday experience is not required but working for a company that has utilized workday in the past is a plus as well.
