The HR Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department at Intentsify. This role is responsible for managing employee data and maintaining HR documentation, benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding process, and managing HR projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment
• Build relationships with hiring managers, evaluate position needs and build specific recruiting plans for each opening
• Build strong candidate relationships to ensure high level candidate experience
• Ensure legal compliance by implementing applicable corporate procedures and policies for local, state and federal requirements
• Train hiring managers on process and best practices in interviewing
• Build and maintain professional relationships with recruitment sources including staffing agencies, colleges, community employment organizations and professional associations
Onboarding Administration
• Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding efforts
• Work with hiring managers to ensure their onboarding training is effective and relevant
• Regular check-ins with new hires for first 90 days Benefits Administration
• Educate employees on health and welfare benefit programs
• Enrollment support for new hires
• Aid in the review, analysis and selection of benefit programs
• Provide assistance with the annual Open Enrollment period
• Ensure compliance with changes to employee benefit laws
Brex Administration
· Work with finance to administer Brex cards
· Be the watchdog for spending habits
· Approve or reject requests
· Keep budgets updated in Brex
