Spyder Construction is a full-service general contractor specializing in large loss insurance restoration, structural repairs, capital improvement, and roofing projects for commercial and multi-family properties. We are committed to excellence and providing first-class service to every client on every project through clear communication, dedicated projected management, and the experience of our team.
For the professional who values structure, accuracy, and getting it right
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven HR professional who takes pride in operational excellence.
This role is for someone who enjoys owning day-to-day HR processes, maintaining clean systems, and ensuring compliance is handled correctly and consistently. If you thrive in structured environments, value clear expectations, and take satisfaction in accurate, behind-the-scenes work that keeps the organization running smoothly, this role will feel like a strong fit.
As our organization grows, strong HR operations become critical. This role provides hands-on support across core HR administration, systems, and compliance. You will be a trusted partner to the HR Manager, helping ensure employee data, documentation, and processes are accurate, compliant, and reliable.
This is an operational HR role, not an employee relations-heavy or strategic advisory role. Success comes from consistency, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
Prepare and process employment documents such as offer letters, acknowledgments, and policy updates

Assist with policy administration, acknowledgments, and required employee communications
Maintain documentation related to leave programs, wage compliance, and required postings
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications
Support job postings, background checks, and onboarding logistics
Assist with offer preparation and pre-employment requirements
Respond to employee questions related to HR processes, benefits administration, and policies
Escalate complex employee relations matters appropriately
Support internal HR communications and training coordination
You:
Value structure, clear processes, and defined responsibilities
Take pride in accuracy, documentation, and follow-through
Prefer operational ownership over constant change
Are dependable, discreet, and trusted with confidential information
Enjoy supporting systems that allow others to do their jobs effectively
You do not need to be flashy or highly extroverted to succeed here. Quiet competence matters.
