About Our Client: Our client, a reputable non-profit organization, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while utilizing your HR administrative skills.
Job Description: As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department's operations. You will be responsible for coordinating new hire orientation sessions, scheduling employee training sessions, and maintaining organized HR documents. Additionally, you will assist in preparing documentation for upcoming audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate new hire orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company culture and policies. Schedule and organize employee training sessions in collaboration with department heads. Maintain an organized filing system for HR documents, including employee records and training materials. Update and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in preparing documentation and records for internal and external audits.
Qualifications: Previous experience in HR administration, preferably in a non-profit or similar environment. Proficiency with HR systems, preferably ADP. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of conducting background checks is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Details: Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm onsite, and Fridays remote. Business casual dress code.
