Your new team:

Join our dynamic HR team at Hays Recruitment! As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational success. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive work environment, where creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking thrive.

Your new role:

Provide administrative support for various audits.
Process incoming employment verifications.
Complete, submit and file unemployment claims.
Gather, review, consolidate pertinent data and develop/prepare HR reports as assigned.
Perform extensive data entry into multiple online systems.
Works under HR Leads guidance supporting new hires. This could include offer letters, onboarding, new hire paperwork, background checks, I-9’s, training scheduling, equipment follow up and personnel files.
Help human resources team with communications, logistics and coordination for events, special projects and other related activities.
Serve as a point person to update documents, policies and forms.
Other duties as required.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with UKG is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years' experience with various aspects of HR to include orientations, benefits, unemployment, and background check process.
Customer service experience.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Excel and other MS Office products.
Data entry experience in HR/Payroll systems.
Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidents, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues.

What you will get:

We offer hourly compensation of $22/hour. This position is eligible for overtime.
Hybrid/flexible schedule with two or more days in office.
There is no paid time off provided for this position.
