Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including offer letters, new hire documentation, and system access coordination
- Assist with personnel security and clearance-related paperwork (e.g., background investigations, clearance forms, employment verification, and compliance documentation)
- Track and maintain employee security status, onboarding milestones, and required documentation in HRIS and related systems
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and security-related information
- Analyze HR data related to onboarding timelines, compliance metrics, and workforce trends; prepare reports and dashboards as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Security, Legal/Compliance) to resolve onboarding or clearance issues
- Audit personnel files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Support updates to onboarding and security-related processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, employment records, and HR procedures
- Assist with special HR projects, audits, or process improvement initiatives as assigned
