We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Office Administrator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in office management, executive support, payroll administration, customer service leadership, or HR coordination who is looking to expand their human resources responsibilities and grow their career.

Position Overview

The HR & Office Administrator serves as a key support partner for daily office operations, employee administration, and customer service coordination. This individual will help create a positive employee experience while ensuring office processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role that combines office administration, employee support, payroll coordination, recruiting assistance, and operational organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Employee Support

  • Assist      with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain      accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Coordinate      benefits enrollment, employee communications, and HR documentation
  • Support      recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and      candidate communication
  • Assist      with employee training tracking and compliance documentation
  • Respond      to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll matters
  • Help      maintain employee handbooks, forms, and HR procedures

Payroll & Administrative Support

  • Collect,      review, and prepare payroll information for processing
  • Track      employee timekeeping, PTO, and attendance records
  • Assist      with payroll audits and reporting
  • Coordinate      employee certifications, licenses, and required documentation
  • Support      accounting and administrative functions as needed

Office Management

  • Oversee      day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
  • Manage      office supplies, vendors, and facility needs
  • Coordinate      company meetings, events, and employee activities
  • Maintain      organized filing systems and operational records
  • Support      leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects

Customer Service & Team Coordination

  • Assist      in maintaining high customer service standards across the organization
  • Support      customer service representatives and office staff with administrative      needs
  • Help      resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Collaborate      with dispatch, service, and leadership teams to improve internal processes

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • 3+      years of experience in office management, executive assistance, payroll      administration, HR administration, customer service supervision, or a      related role
  • Strong      organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent      written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency      with Microsoft Office and business software systems
  • Experience      handling confidential employee information professionally
  • Detail-oriented      with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Experience      with payroll, benefits administration, or HR processes is preferred
  • HVAC,      construction, home services, or trade industry experience is a plus
