Responsibilities Include
Coordinate the interviewing schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, facility tours, and system setups.
Assist with employee relations initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and conflict resolution support.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates with strict confidentiality.
Ensure all paperwork meets legal and company standards.
Serve as a primary contact for general inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewing rounds to identify top talent.
Skills and Qualifications
Professionalism: High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for effective communication.
Organization: Ability to juggle multiple schedules and tasks simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
