Job Description - HR Assistant

Olsten Staffing is seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant in the Hartsville SC area. The HR Assistant will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay Rate:

$16 an hour

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate interview schedules

Assist with new hire onboarding process, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, copying, and data entry

Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing company events and recognition programs

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Flexible team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
