Our client, in the Winston-Salem,NC area is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. . The ideal candidate will have experience with administration processes, employee communications, and employment processing which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Winston-Salem, Nc
Pay Range: $22-28 BOE
What’s the Job?
Provide day to day HR transactions and will be the point of contact to employees supporting the plant with HR administration process, employee information, personnel files, employee communications, and employment processing including onboarding.
Maintain the HR information system including input of data, researching data for reports and management information.
Support the recruitment, employment and hiring process working with the talent acquisition team, facilities HR portion of new hires orientation as well as new employee surveys.
Assist with in person hourly training initiatives.
Assist management with event coordination as needed.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or Human Resources.
Understanding and ability to keep information confidential.
Extremely organized, detailed and focused with processing data.
Ability/experience in coordinating and facilitating employee training.
Strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive.
