Randstad, in partnership with a major America packaging company, is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic HR assistant in Winston Salem, NC. This is a 32 hour work week with a potential to go 40 hours for the right fit. This role is on-site and offers the potential for extension or permanent placement. The role is slated to last at least 6 months, with a competitive hourly rate of $22.

salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Maintain the Human Resources information system including input of data, researching data for reports and management information.

Support the recruitment, employment and hiring process working with the talent acquisition team, faciilitate HR portion of new hire orientation as well as new employee surveys. Assist with in person hourly training initatives.

Employee record keeping, filing, develop personnel records for new hires, process termination file and file maintenance to include archiving older files.

Assist management with event coordination as needed. Schedule meetings, set up lunches, service awards and other employee engagement activities etc.
