3. Make decisions on leave & staff work schedule based on impact of business functions, projects, and other departments.  
   




4. Manage PRO, and other staff visas related work.
   




5. Manage HR department staff 
   




6. Manage Staff Performance Reviews
   




7. Manage other HR activities.
   

Requirements

1. Ability to understand various business functions and make decisions on business needs
   




2. Several years of experience in HR Management
   




3. Several years of experience in staff Management. 
   




4. Strong personality with a good attitude: Ability to Manage staff, discipline when needed, and be fair and balanced.
   




5. Lead by Example: Ability to follow company policies & procedure, and practice company core values.
   




6. Strong Communication Skills
   




7. Proficient in English Language
   




8. Ability to learn UAE, Qatar, Oman Labor Law
   




9. Detailed oriented
   




10. Strong Follow up
    




11. Strong Computer knowledge, ability to use excel, HR softwares and other apps.
    




12. Ability to memorise and implement company policies
