Summary
We are seeking an HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our team at our Cookeville, Tennessee facility (TMF). This position will start at our McMinnville, TN facility and then move to Cookeville. In this hands-on role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — while supporting day-to-day HR operations. You'll be the go-to resource for hiring managers and new employees alike, keeping our talent pipeline moving and our HR processes running smoothly.
