Job Description - HR Assistant | Training Administrator


The Training Administrator's primary responsibility is to support the creation and tracking of training programs for the PBZ Inc. family of companies. This role will reinforce the mission, vision, and values of Paul B Zimmerman Inc. throughout all aspects of our HR functions.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, typically 38-40 hours per week; Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Ability to understand, embrace, and live out our Company’s mission and core values.
  • Well-organized individual with the ability to communicate effectively through written, visual, and verbal mediums
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail on all tasks and deliverables
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual
  • High aptitude for technology
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma with at least 2 years of applicable administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Training program administration experience
  • Human Resources experience and/or certification
