HR Associate Assistant

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with an Engineering and IT Service in Reston, VA that is seeking a hard-working and passionate Human Resources Assistant to support all sides of their HR department. Apply now or call us at 703-620-6444!

Responsibilities:
Assist the HR department with ensuring laws, regulations, policies and procedures are compliant.
Act as a main POC to employees and new hires delivering benefits briefing.
Perform a number of duties and responsibilities for all aspects of HR to include benefits, compensation, recruiting, etc.
Respond to incoming emails regarding new hires benefits information
Help with new hire orientation sessions and prepare offer letters.
Qualifications/Background Profile:

Strong organizational skills
Ability to memorize and deliver briefings
Effective communication skills
Proficient administrative skills
Desire to learn and grow within Human Resources
