Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office in Lakewood, CO)

    As our HRBP, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to support employees and leaders across multiple service lines. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting regular meetings with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.

    • Offering expert HR guidance to managers on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

    • Managing complex employee relations issues and conducting objective investigations related to policy, performance, and compliance.

    • Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate legal risks.

    • Building morale, improving productivity, and increasing retention through relationship-building and strategic HR support.

    • Identifying training needs and providing individualized coaching to employees and managers.
