Sr. Human Resources Business Partner or HR Manager

$105K - $115K Plus 10% Bonus
The Senior HRBP or HR Manager serves as both a strategic advisor and hands -on leader, supporting day -to -day HR operations while driving organizational effectiveness and scalable growth. This role partners closely with leadership across multiple manufacturing sites, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, strengthening talent pipelines, and enhancing culture and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Conversational Spanish required
8+ years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing or industrial industries
Multi -site, multi -state experience preferred
Strong background in employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching
Experience building scalable HR processes in growth environments
Skills
HRIS experience (Paycom or similar)
Strong analytical skills, including Excel
Ability to operate both strategically and hands -on
High discretion and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strategic Partnership
Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Align HR initiatives with business goals and growth plans
Lead change management efforts tied to operational and cultural transformation
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead full -cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
Build proactive pipelines aligned with growth forecasts
Improve employer branding and hiring processes in a competitive labor market
Employee Relations & Culture
Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
Drive a high -performance, inclusive culture across locations
Implement initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee experience
Performance & Talent Development
Coach leaders on performance management, development, and succession planning
Support performance review and compensation processes
Strengthen leadership capability through training and guidance
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS integrity
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
Maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures
Process Improvement & Infrastructure
Improve HR processes to support scale and efficiency
Utilize HRIS and data analytics for reporting and decision -making
Support system implementations and standardization efforts
Engagement & Communication
Lead engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives
Maintain strong communication across plant and office environments
Act as a visible HR presence on the floor and with leadership
Leadership Support
Mentor junior HR team members as needed
Serve as backup to HR leadership
Work Environment
Mix of office and manufacturing floor presence
Requires comfort in industrial environments and regular interaction with operations teams
