Its innovative approach to content and event formats drives fan engagement, supports the growth of competitive gaming, and strengthens the global esports ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive HR Business Partner who thrives on challenges to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor, managing employee relations across several business verticals and supporting the entire employee lifecycle.
Collaborating closely with leaders, you will bridge the gap between business goals and people strategies—driving key initiatives across workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Leveraging a data-driven approach and strong labor law knowledge, you will proactively coach managers, resolve complex people challenges, and strengthen our team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to business units on HR policies, practices, and people-related matters (e.g., advising managers on probation period decisions, contract changes, or policy interpretation).

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., supporting organizational restructuring, workforce planning, or succession planning initiatives).

  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable, data-driven insights (e.g., monitoring turnover rates, diversity, and recommending improvement measures).

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including satisfaction surveys, and monitor progress on engagement action plans (e.g., running quarterly surveys, analyzing results, and co-creating action plans with leaders). Measuring eNPS.

  • Attend regular 1:1s and team meetings with business leaders to ensure strong alignment and proactive support (e.g., joining monthly team meetings to address people topics and schedule regular 1:1s with key business stakeholders).

  • Mitigate people-related challenges, such as disciplinary issues, grievances, conflicts, and attrition risks (e.g., coaching managers on handling underperformance or managing conflict resolution between team members).

  • Oversee and coordinate performance management cycles, salary reviews, and goal-setting processes (e.g., facilitating annual review cycles, providing salary benchmarking data, and ensuring clear, measurable team objectives).

Our idea of you:

  • Proven HR Partnering Experience: 2 to 3+ years of dedicated experience as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of driving impactful people strategies.

  • Solid Employment Law Foundation: Strong, practical knowledge of Czech labor law, HR policies, and modern workplace best practices.

  • Trusted Advisor: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to connect with, support, and influence both employees and business leaders at all levels.

  • Data-Driven & Analytical: A natural knack for numbers—someone who can analyze HR metrics, spot meaningful trends, and translate data into practical, real-world solutions.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: A solution-oriented mindset with the confidence and empathy to navigate complex, sensitive people challenges.

  • Thrives in Change: Comfortable and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can help shape the journey.

  • Language Skills: Native Czech speaker with professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Location & Presence: Based in the Czech Republic with the flexibility to commute regularly to our Prague office (typically once a week).

Haven't we caught you yet?

  • Imagine a culture that embraces change and quickly adapts to global opportunities.

  • Experience immense potential for personal growth while contributing to an innovative team.

  • Work in a hybrid style.

  • Enjoy our brand new Norse-myth-inspired offices in Prague.
