HR Business Partner - GTM

Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role is instrumental in driving the growth and scalability of our sales team by implementing strategic HR initiatives and programs.This person will work closely with functional leaders on business & org strategy, performance management, diversity and engagement.The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, developing, and partnering with the business to drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and GTM leadership team to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Own and manage an end to end performance management processes and tools tailored to the go-to-market organization. Provide guidance on performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to drive individual and team success.
Identify training and development needs within the GTM organization and design programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Bring a deep understanding of employment law, conducting investigations, navigating employee complaints, and ensuring a fair and unbiased employee experience.
Partner with other key stakeholders to manage and iterate on compensation and promotion calibration processes.
Support GTM leaders in organizational design efforts, including restructuring, role definitions, and team optimization. Lead change management initiatives to drive successful implementation of organizational changes.
Identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making within the organization. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Sales operations, processes, and challenges within a B2B SaaS organization.
Proven track record of building effective relationships with key stakeholders and influencing business outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives and programs.

Additional Job details

The base salary range for this position is $160k - $210k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
