HR Business Partner (HRBP) Payroll & HR Operations

Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to support payroll and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee support with cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Support payroll processing, review, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely completion


• Coordinate with PEO and payroll providers on payroll matters, employee changes, and funding activities


• Manage employee onboarding, setup, and maintenance of employee information and data changes


• Administer benefits programs and support employee benefits-related inquiries and requests


• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR and payroll questions, providing professional and timely responses


• Maintain accurate human capital data and employee records in compliance with HR policies and regulations


• Coordinate across employees, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to resolve payroll and HR operational issues


• Support broader HR and human capital operational activities and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or a related HR role


• Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, reconciliation, and PEO coordination


• Experience working with Oracle Fusion within HR, payroll, or human capital operations


• Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and human capital data management systems


• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices in employee data management


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams


• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues in a professional, collaborative manner
