Job Description - HR Clerk

Adecco is hiring immediately for a

HR Clerk .

Responsibilities:

· Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping records.

· Maintain employee records and update information as necessary.

· Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

· Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including employment contracts and letters.

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies.

· Compile and maintain reports related to HR metrics and payroll data.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in payroll administration or HR-related tasks preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

: $16/hr (increasing with experience)

Contract:

Contract to hire

Location

: Winter Haven FL

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Details:

$16.00 to $18.00 per hour
