HR Clerk - Attendant Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Clerk to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for our Personal Assistance Services program, ensuring accurate and timely handling of employee records, onboarding, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new hire paperwork and assist with PAS attendant onboarding.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.


• Perform employee screenings, pre-employment and annual background checks.


• Assist with scheduling and coordinating new hire orientations and training sessions.


• Support HR reporting, data entry, and filing.


• Respond to employee inquiries regarding employment, timesheets, benefits eligibility, or training.


• Provide general administrative assistance to the PAS HR team.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or HR experience preferred; experience in healthcare or home care a plus!


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning HRIS systems.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish)


• High school diploma or equivalent required.
