HR Compensation Analyst

One of Addison Group’s clients is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team on contract for the next few months. This position is available immediately and will run through July, possibly extending through August.

Candidate Must Haves:
5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst/Manager/Director
Proficiency in Workday (or similar HRIS) and Excel
Experience completing salary surveys
Soft skills: resilient, strong communicator
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Job Description:

The Compensation Analyst/Director will work as part of the Compensation team to provide processing and analytical support for Human Resource compensation actions. This includes position classification, pay/market analysis, survey responses, organizational review, and HR Information System data auditing. Experience with Workday is preferred.
