Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Employee Welfare:

• Ensure all kinds of employee welfare measures as per local regulations
• Issuance of Staff on Boarding kits- Uniforms, ID cards, Safety shoes etc.,

Employee Engagement:

• Prepare & Execute annual Employee Engagement calendar
• Prepare & execute monthly wellness programs

Women Empowerment:

• Women Forum, Employee Relations
• Ontime Grievance Redressal

HRIS:

• Employee Lifecycle Data Management
• HR MIS Reports

HR Activities:

• Support in Insurance Management
• Support in Recruitment, Onboarding, Background Verification
• Support in Training coordination
• Time and attendance management, Assisting in Payroll Management
