Job Description - HR Coordinator

Our client is a leading grocery store chain located in Naperville, IL, is committed to providing exceptional service and quality products to its customers. They are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team and support their human resources department.

As an HR Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and other HR-related functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for helping others.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system

Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing support to managers and employees

Coordinate employee training and development programs

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, answering phones and managing calendars
HR Coordinator Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

1-2 years of experience in human resources or related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
