Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and managing correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Organize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Utilize Microsoft Word for document preparation and editing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent required.
Some college education preferred.
At least 3 years of clerical experience, preferably in human resources.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
Proficiency in filing and familiarity with Microsoft Word.
Superior attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
High degree of confidentiality.
Ability to work independently.
