HR Coordinator - Excellent Benefits Package

Duties:

• Supporting the recruitment by sourcing candidatess and interviewing
• Contacting references and performing background checks
• Hiring or referring qualified applicants
• Assisting with new hire orientation
• Assist with onboarding
• Perform orientations, and onboarding, with new hires

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources
• Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Strong ability in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS software
• In depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
• Familiarity with recruiting and hiring best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
