Title: Entry-Level HR Coordinator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join us as a Temp-to-Hire HR Coordinator. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with the HR team, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the mission of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary paperwork completed and are welcomed warmly into our organization.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS systems, and generating reports as needed.
Compliance Monitoring: Assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 year of experience in HR, or related internship
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
