A Japanese Food/Beverage Company in Torrance, CA is seeking for HR Coordinator to join their HR team!

Position: HR Coordinator
Pay: $45-50K (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Full time / Direct hire/ Non Exempt/100% Onsite

Job Duty:
•   Ensures compliance with personnel files, records, and documentation; works with Human Resources Assistant to maintain and update files regularly
•   Conducts audits to ensure all documents in file are up to date; updates as necessary Create and prepare meeting materials
•   Prepares and presents offer letter
•   Conducts and coordinates pre-employment requirements
•   Processes payroll on a semi-montly basis
•   Manages timecard adjustments, time off requests, attendance records
•   Acts as liaison between the organization and external benefits broker regarding enrollment and termination of benefits

Qualifications
•   Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
•   Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•   Detail-oriented, team player
•   Experience in an office environment or knowledge in HR
•   Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
