Human Resources Coordinator-Temporary: Rockford, IL
Our client in Rockford, Illinois is a manufacturing company that is committed to providing excellent service to their customers while producing a quality product. The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual that can contribute to the overall success of the company.
Human Resources Coordinator:
- Local point of contact for employees/managers at the site.
- Responsible for the day-to-day HR transactional tasks and HR related items.
- Support the alignment of global and regional strategies and initiatives.
- Support continuous improvements aligned to the business needs at the site.
- Coordinate on-site recruiting activities (interviews) and ensure quality candidate experience.
- Provide support to employees and leaders to understand processes and questions, support Open Enrollment, Biometric Screening, Wellness etc.
- Support & facilitate on-site training needs for professional / leadership training
Human Resources Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
- 6 months-1-year experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize
- Strong customer service experience/background
- Good communicator
- Clerical skills
- Excel skills
- Critical thinker
- HS Diploma preferred
Pay for Human Resources Coordinator: $20-$25/hour based on experience.
