HR Coordinator

CFS has partnered with a leading manufacturer located in White Plains, NY looking to onboard an HR Coordinator to their team ASAP! This opportunity will allow you to play a pivotal role in various HR functions, gaining invaluable experience to propel your career forward. While primarily focused on operational tasks, you'll also collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and contribute to diverse HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage data in ADP Vantage and other HR systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports from ADP
  • Collaborate with HRBP team to address internal stakeholder requests.
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring compliance and providing essential information.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in conducting check-ins with new hires.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and analysis of exit data.
  • Maintain organizational charts and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Update policies and administer HR-related compliance training.
  • Coordinate large-scale HR projects, such as performance reviews.
  • Partner with HR Manager to manage community partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 4-year degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR operational experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, ADP Vantage experience ideal
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset
