POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

POSITION:HR Coordinator/Payroll Specialist

DEPARTMENT:Human Resources

LOCATION:Marshalltown, IA

SALARY CLASS:Salary non-exempt

SHIFT: 2nd Shift - Hours will vary

Tentative 3:30pm – 12:00am

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Excellent Communication Skills a must.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to calmly and effectively handle stressful situations.
• Results oriented. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Computer knowledge required (prefer experience with PeopleSoft/SAP and proficiency in MS Office)
• High School degree required some college preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with company Payroll procedures
• Audit Payroll
• Assist with coordinating employee benefits
• Handle confidential Human Resources information.
• Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enter and maintain employee records information into SAP
• Perform other duties as assigned
