Job Description - HR Customer Service/Front Desk Professional


ELM is looking for a highly organized and detailed Receptionist with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for all visitors, this role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and professional impression for our company. 

Details:
Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay is $17.00/hr
Full benefits package, including 401K
Competitive PTO policy 

Duties:
Manage a multi-line phone system and phone call transfers
Answer inbound calls and direct appropriately
Supports HR Team

Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel
