HR Data Analytics and Reports Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled
HR Data Analytics and Reports Manager
to join their team!
This person is responsible for building out the HR analytics, assessing current capabilities, developing new reports, making recommendations, and developing an overall HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop report strategy for measuring the impact of HR metrics
Collaborate with both HR and Operations to understand business priorities.
Effectively lead projects from start to finish
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Workday and Workday reporting tools
Data Visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau
Minimum of 5 years experience in HRIS field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Workday HCM
Reporting tools such as (Prism, People Analytics, Management Reporter)
