HR Digital Project Manager-Implementation

Responsibilities :

Be the project leader: You'll oversee all aspects of implementing our new HR system, Workday. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring everyone involved is on the same page.
Work closely with different teams: You'll collaborate with experts from HR and IT to make sure the new system meets everyone's needs.
Develop clear plans: You'll create a roadmap for implementing the system and manage any potential issues that arise along the way.
Become an expert on the new system: You'll be a key user of Workday, helping others learn the system and troubleshoot any problems.
Analyze data and share insights: You'll stay up-to-date on trends in HR and use data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications/Background Profile :

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Have at least 7 years experience with leading a Workday HRIS implementation
Experience with Project Management tools
Data Analytics Certification Preferred
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
