A facility near Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full time, permanent, Human Resources Director to join their team!

Salary: $60,000.00\-$80,000.00

Human Resources Director Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  


• Coordinate all human resources activities and oversee day\-to\-day office operations, providing administrative support across departments to ensure efficient and compliant workflows
  


• The Human Resources Director will direct company financial operations, including budgeting, payroll coordination, and financial administration, while supporting overall organizational and HR objectives
  

Human Resources Director Qualifications:

• The Human Resources Director must have at least 3 years of Home Health Agency experience
  


• Strong operational and HR expertise, including payroll, compliance, credentialing, audits, benefits, and staff training
  


• Full\-cycle recruiting experience for nurses and home health aides, including interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and career fairs
