With their recent acquisition of Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company, they are now one of the largest American manufacturers in stormwater pipe products. The Opportunity:
As their HR Director, you'll lead the transformation of their HR function, collaborating with leadership across locations to establish a unified HR team. You'll develop and implement a strategic roadmap to enhance HR processes, mitigate risks, and elevate the employee experience. With their recent implementation of the Paylocity HRIS/Payroll platform, you'll have the technological support to drive impactful change.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The Position:
This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You'll oversee all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, legal compliance, and policy development.

Command of HRIS technology (Paylocity preferred)

Education and Experience:
BS in Human Resource Management or related field
MS degree or HR certifications preferred
Proven experience in an HR leadership role within an industrial environment with multistate facility locations
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary and Annual Bonus: $165,000-$175,000 (starting base salary range)

Location and Travel:
