Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement HR strategies aligned with our multi-franchise growth.
· Lead new hire onboarding and retention across sales, service, and parts teams.
· Oversee employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices across all rooftops.
· Drive a positive culture that embraces diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field; SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
· HR leadership, ideally in automotive or multi-location settings.
· Strong background in both sales and service HR operations
· Deep knowledge of talent management, compliance, and organizational development.
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for building a thriving workplace culture.
· Experience in providing training and counseling to employees on HR issues.
· Experience in conducting workplace investigations
· Working knowledge of all relevant employment laws and ability to implement programs to ensure compliance and enforcement.
