We're partnering with a growing international medical device company to hire a People Director, US to lead the People function across its largest and fastest-growing employee population.
Reporting to the Global Head of People, this role will serve as the senior HR leader for the U.S. business, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, and overall People strategy.

• Strategic and hands-on HR leadership role with significant autonomy
• Partner directly with U.S. leadership on workforce planning, talent, and organizational growth
• Lead employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and people operations
• Help build scalable processes and strengthen manager capability in a high-growth environment
• Collaborate with global leadership on key People initiatives
We're seeking an experienced HR leader with deep expertise in U.S. employment law, employee relations, and business partnering. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare/MedTech, a startup or scaling organization, and hold a SHRM certification.
