CFS is working with a leading non-profit organization seeking an HR & Executive Support Admin to join their team! This unique role offers the chance to support both HR initiatives and executive operations, ensuring a smooth-running organization that fuels their artistic mission.
You'll be responsible for:
Partnering with the HR Manager on day-to-day HR tasks (benefits, recruitment, onboarding, etc.)
Ensuring compliance and policy implementation for employee relations
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Board of Trustees and executive leadership
We're looking for someone who:
Has a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
Possesses at least 2 years of HR experience
Can excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and working independently and collaboratively
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
is tech savvy
Bonus points for:
Passion for the arts and understanding of the organization's mission
Experience working in a non-profit environment
