Position: Pharmacy Benefits Administrator
Location: Somerset, NJ
Setting: Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Day Shift
Duration: Temp to Hire (13+ Weeks)

Duties:
- Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify optimal options.
- Design, remend, and implement new benefits programs.
- Negotiate with vendors and administrators for the best plans, options, and rates.
- Act as the primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Coordinate data transfer for services, premiums, and plan administration.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
- Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS professional designations preferred.
