Weâre looking for a high\-energy On\-Site HR Field Recruiter who knows their way around a construction site as well as they know an office. This isn't just a desk jobâyouâll be the bridge between our Corporate Office and our field crews from San Jose to San Diego. If youâve got the "field\-smarts" to talk shop with HVAC techs and the organizational skills to keep our VP of Ops happy, we want to meet you.
Youâll be the go\-to person for finding, hiring, and onboarding the skilled labor that keeps our projects moving. Youâll partner directly with our Area Managers to make sure we have the right people in the right places at the right time.
The Hunt: Sourcing and interviewing talent for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical roles. Youâll be posting ads, testing applicants, and vetting the best of the best.
The Onboarding: Handling the "full cycle"âfrom background checks and orientations to getting new hires their start dates and job site info.
The Glue: Liaising with our VP of Field Operations to make sure manpower requests are met.
The Paperwork (made easy): Partnering with Payroll to process new hire packages, tracking time corrections, and updating our field spreadsheets so everything stays on track.
The Face of the Brand: Heading out to career fairs and networking events to show California why weâre the best team to work for.
Industry Knowledge: Youâve spent 3+ years recruiting in construction, facilities management, or skilled trades. If you know the multi\-family housing world, even better.
Trade Savvy: You understand what makes a good Plumber, Electrician, or HVAC tech.
Bilingual Skills: Being able to flip between English and Spanish is a huge plus in this role.
Tech Comfort: Youâre comfortable with ATS platforms, HR systems, and the usual Microsoft Office suite.
Reliability: Youâre organized, you follow up on every lead, and you donât let things fall through the cracks.
A degree in HR or Business is great, but we value real\-world experience just as much.
The ability to build trust quickly with both field workers and executive leadership.
Pay rate: 28\-30/hr DOE
