Your New Role

As the HR Generalist, you’ll take ownership of all HR operations to drive success and growth. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing payroll and ensuring accuracy down to the last detail.

• Auditing payroll and handling compliance like a pro.

• Overseeing hiring pipelines to attract top-tier talent.

• Administering employee benefits to ensure team satisfaction.

• Leading onboarding processes that make new hires feel welcome.

• Tracking vacation, time off, and sick leave efficiently.

• Coordinating interviews and maintaining meaningful connections.

• Updating and enforcing company policies for relevance and compliance.

• Communicating internally to keep the team informed and inspired.
