As the HR Generalist, you’ll take ownership of all HR operations to drive success and growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing payroll and ensuring accuracy down to the last detail.
Auditing payroll and handling compliance like a pro.
Overseeing hiring pipelines to attract top-tier talent.
Administering employee benefits to ensure team satisfaction.
Leading onboarding processes that make new hires feel welcome.
Tracking vacation, time off, and sick leave efficiently.
Coordinating interviews and maintaining meaningful connections.
Updating and enforcing company policies for relevance and compliance.
Communicating internally to keep the team informed and inspired.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
