Role Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven, and people-centric HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in driving our people operations and supporting a diverse, international team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee experience, operational excellence, and HR best practices within a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.


• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.


• Manage employee records, contracts, and maintain the HRIS system with up-to-date, accurate information.


• Oversee and process monthly payroll in collaboration with finance and external providers, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.


• Administer benefits programs, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.


• Assist with performance management processes, learning and development activities, and employee engagement initiatives.


• Support HR policy development and implementation across the organization.


• Coordinate employee offboarding processes, exit interviews, and related documentation.


• Contribute to the planning and execution of team-building events, wellness activities, and cultural initiatives.


• Stay informed on labor legislation and HR trends relevant to the tech and digital marketing industries.
  

Your Skills and Competences:

• Proven experience in n a similar HR Generalist role, preferably within tech or digital industries.


• Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations in a fast-growing, global organization.


• Deep knowledge of employment law and cross-border HR compliance.


• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
