The HR Generalist Join our dynamic HR team, where you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while promoting a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Assist in administering and implementing HR policies and procedures.
· Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
· Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
· Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
· Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
· Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
· Handle employee relations issues, mediating disputes and facilitating resolutions.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by updating HR policies and practices as needed.
· Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
· Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and insights. - Compile and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
· Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practice
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
· Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
