Job Description - HR Generalist

Florida Windows & Doors is a leading provider of high-quality impact windows and doors, proudly serving homeowners throughout Florida. Our mission is to deliver safety, beauty, and value through exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a motivated and meticulous HR Generalist to join our growing team at our Lake Worth location.

The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources department with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including employee onboarding, payroll assistance, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, approachable, and enthusiastic about fostering a positive workplace culture.

We are looking for a responsible HR generalist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. HR Functions include assisting the CFO with daily office needs and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to multitask, and mindfulness/with high accuracy. A successful candidate should ensure their efficient and smooth day-to-day operations at our office, as well as servicing multiple companies.

Compensation: This position offers an annual salary range of $70,000–$80,000, based on experience.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
